Automated Dispatching

The system provides the feature of the PC-Dispatch Order Taking and Radio Dispatch system, but also provides comprehensive dispatching, data management and communications programs that fully integrate with mobile data terminals from most major manufacturer. PC-Dispatch can also provide mobile data and digital communication hardware. MDT’s allow the base station computer to handle posting requests, trip dispatch and acceptance, tracking of all trips until completion, and driver information requests (such as credit card approvals), all digitally and without human intervention.
