Favorite Tools we recommend

Aside from the obvious tools one uses, we have some tools that we just would not do without. Here are some of them.

Call Audit by Mountain Systems
This software when combined with a caller-id box by Zeus gives you the ability to know who is calling you and who is calling out on your lines. I use it to screen calls. I also use it to record each call that comes in and goes out, and how long the call was. There are many different features that it has such as paging a pager, sending and receiving faxes, sending and receiving email. Ed Dixon is the owner and head programmer and is very personable to work with.

Zeus Caller Id Box
One of my favorite vendors is Zeus. This company manufactures these little black boxes that allow you to capture the information that the phone company sends to the phone if you have caller id service. The box enables you to capture this information before it gets sent to the phone pbx. It is sort of the poor man's caller id system. If your phone is a key system (that is you have to press a key to answer the phone) then you can utilize this box in combination with our software to provide an inexpensive solution for caller id. The combination starts at $750.00 (much less than the convetional caller id system that starts around $15,000.00) Keith, the owner of the company, is always there to answer all my customers questions. I always love dealing with this company.
