Voucher Redemption/Billing

The system provides for automatic redemption of driver charge trip vouchers, simultaneously creating accounts and receivable billing. Reports associated with cost accounting and customer usage are also generated. The system provides sub-account billing, driver restrictions, custom account pricing, salesperson commission, and volume discount programs. Voucher definition and imprinting option included. Option for redeeming vouchers at different windows from cashier is also available. This program interfaces with the Accounts Receivable, Driver Records and Cashier programs.
